Next.js and Tailwind, exported as a static site: quick to load, nothing to patch, and it can be hosted for free on Netlify, Vercel or Cloudflare Pages.
How do you measure performance?
With Lighthouse. Every page I hand over targets 95+ for performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO, on mobile and desktop, and you get the report with the delivery.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope, content and revisions. We agree a clear timeline up front, before any work starts.
Do you write the copy?
I’ll structure the page and polish what you have so it’s clear and conversion-focused. If you have nothing yet, a short questionnaire is enough to get started.
Can I edit the site myself later?
Yes. Text and images live in simple config files, and I can add a lightweight CMS if you’d rather edit in a browser.
Can you host my site?
Yes, if you’d like. There are two optional monthly plans: Hosting ($15/mo) covers hosting, SSL and uptime monitoring; Hosting + care ($35/mo) adds up to 1 hour of small content edits per month. Or I hand everything over to your own hosting account at no cost. You own the code either way.
